  1. Is the fabric IFR or flame retardant? How do I get the certificate if necessary? Yes, the fabric is flame-retardant with a U.S. NFPA 701 fire rating. A pdf of the certificate is available on this website on the downloads page under help and support or by clicking HERE!
  2. Can the fabric be laundered and if so, how? Yes, wash on gentle cycle with mild detergent. Dry on low heat setting. Note - washing the fabric 3-4 times may affect the fire-retardant quality of the fabric.
  3. How does the light attach? Lights attach by threading the light base between the center of the x above each quad.
  4. Does the XpressionsSNAP! unit come with feet? Feet can be purchased as an accessory, but are not required for indoor application. XpressionsSNAP! does comes with stabilizing floor levelers.
  5. Is there a smaller bag for the 1x3 when sold as a banner stand? Not at this time
  6. Are the graphics attached to the frame when it is delivered? Yes - the display is shipped with the graphics attached to the frame.  These graphics can easily be changed.
  7. How do I take down the unit once I have it up?  I don’t know where to place my hands on the frame. Place your hands on the middle bars, and pull down in a swift, controlled motion.  This will release all of the magnets at the same time. Click here to see video
  8. What accessories can I purchase for the XpressionsSNAP!? The items that you can purchase separately are lights, light bag, canvas carrying case, the shipping case, shelves, and feet. Also, the XpressionsSNAP counter is a great addition! Click here to view accessories
  9. If my frame breaks can I order a repair kit or do I need to send it back to be repaired? For greatest ease, send it back for repairs.
  10. Will the skins for my current Xpressions frame fit the XpressionsSNAP!? No, Xpressions and XpressionsSNAP quad sizes are different.
  11. I want to be sure that I can take full advantage of the “X-Factor.” I need to be sure that the things that I want to stretch will and the things that I don’t want to stretch will not.  Do you have any guidelines that I can follow? Yes, we do… Please click here to view guidelines
  12. Can I store my display with the graphics attached? Yes, that's one of the major advantages of XpressionsSNAP! 
  13. How do I set up XpressionsSNAP! Before set up make sure that the fabric is not wrapped around any of the connectors or bars.  The unit should be very easy to open and if you feel tension, close it and check again to make sure that fabric is not hung up on any part of the frame.  This will ensure that the graphics and frame do not become damaged during set up.   14. Can I use XpressionsSNAP! outside? Yes, but the frame must be weighted down. Place sand or water bags on both the feet and shelves installed on the bottom of the frame. Do not use outdoors in high wind conditions.
  15. What color is the XpressionsSNAP! Frame? black or silver
  16. Can I reposition the graphics on the frame? In some cases, yes, however the individual types (twists, flats, threads) must remain the same.  A “twist” shouldn't’t be used as a “flat", etc.
